What the programme includes
How the Programme operates - Our Partner runs the Programme in conjunction with us and they will provide you with any materials relevant to the Programme. The sessions and workshops - The sessions and workshops during the Programme are intended in part to be interactive and therefore the content may be influenced by attendee participation. As such, the session or workshop leader may focus on specific elements of the planned content only, as a result of such participation.
Additional Programme Initiatives - During the Programme and if selected by Barclays, you may be invited to attend one or more of the Additional Programme Initiatives as set out on the Programme webpage. Due to limits on numbers, there is no guarantee that you will be provided with a place on any of the Additional Programme Initiatives. Whether or not an Additional Programme Initiative is held during the Programme is at the sole discretion of Barclays. Any personnel used during the Programme or to deliver an Additional Programme Initiative may be our employees or sub-contractors or our Partner’s employees or sub-contractors.
