Tell us about your business.
Validient is an end-to-end commercial client lifecycle management system with a focus on maximising the output of firms’ current systems, whilst keeping clients in an all-in-one hub. With a focus initially on onboarding and ongoing engagement, the vision is to increase transparency between firm and client, get other tech solutions talking to eachother, and working as a single source of truth for clients.
When did you start your business?
January, 2021.
What's been your biggest highlight?
Our biggest highlights has been working with some great firms and people to maximise the output of our product. It has been fantastic to see the support in the Lawtech space and to get such insight into the processes.
What's been your biggest challenge?
Being new to the industry and learning about the complexity of it. We allocated months towards learning and it's really paid off.
Advice for entrepreneurs starting out
Never stop validating your idea in the market or with customers! You must ensure that your product is providing as good of a solution as it can, so speak to as many people as you can and get some champions along the way to help out and advise!
