“The feedback that we're getting from our food businesses and our farmers is that they're very aware of the carbon footprint on the products that they produce. They understand increasingly what is going on within their own business. What they don't yet understand is the way the supply chain works and the footprint the whole supply chain is creating,” says Collison.
