Barclays Eagle Labs and CHAP (Crop Health and Protection) are delighted to announce a new collaboration to support and accelerate innovation within agri-tech.
The collaboration will deliver a series of events and thought leadership initiatives aimed at providing specialised support to the agri-tech sector. Through CHAP’s expertise in developing sustainable farming systems, alongside Barclays Eagle Labs’ programmes to support business growth, it is hoped to further the growing momentum towards a sustainable food supply chain.
CHAP is one of the four UK Agri-Tech Innovation Centres, bringing together scientists, farmers, advisors, and pioneers to advance crop productivity worldwide. It aims to drive sustainable farming systems which deliver economic, environmental, and societal benefits across the globe.

Barclays Eagle Labs’ mission is to support the UK’s entrepreneurial community. Through a specialised industry vertical in AgriTech, Barclays Eagle Labs provides growth support through a series of programmes aimed at accelerating innovation across the food supply chain. Barclays Eagle Labs’ AgriTech community can be accessed via free virtual membership where experts provide bespoke advice and support to businesses throughout their journey, from ideation through to commercialisation.
