We’re delighted to introduce the established businesses and startups who will be taking part in the Care and HealthTech Bridge programme.
The 2023 Challenge
The UK is facing an ageing population, with over 11 million people aged 65+ in England & Wales according the 2021 Census*. However, living longer does not necessarily equate to living well and we believe that existing social care models are ripe for disruption in order to transform the wider health care sector.

Four Seasons Health Care
Four Seasons Health Care Group comprises of two brands in the UK care sector, Four Seasons Health Care and Brighterkind. We are proud of the high quality care, recreation and activities, and quality food and dining that helps our residents to enjoy every day and feel part of life in the home.
The Abbeyfield Belfast Society Limited
The Abbeyfield Belfast Society Ltd has been in operation from July 1960 and has a history based around the vision of one man, Richard Carr Gomm, who believed that older people should not face a life of loneliness or be disconnected from their local community. He went on to develop a charity and brought his vision to fruition in Belfast.

CHD Living, a family-owned and operated group of care facilities, has 13 residences throughout Surrey and South West London. With nearly 40 years of experience, the group are dedicated to delivering the best quality care to its communities. Each home is designed with its residents in mind, to promote choice, independence, and dignity, in safe and caring environments.

Clarendon Group is a family run group of care homes based in the midlands specialising in the elderly and dementia care. We pride ourselves on innovative approaches to managing care and streamlining processes and improvements using a lean structure and leadership model.
Hallmark Care Homes
Hallmark Care Homes is an established, family-run care provider that has three CQC rated ‘Outstanding’ homes. It provides residential, nursing and dementia care to 1,250 residents across 19 locations in England and Wales and has won 100 awards over the last 26 years including; ‘Residential Care Provider’ at the 2021 Health Investor, National Care and Leaders in Care Awards ceremonies.

Innerva is a British designer and manufacturer of power assisted exercise and wellbeing equipment with over 30 years of engineering knowledge and excellence. We supply exercise equipment to leisure, therapy and rehabilitation and care facilities around the world.

NCCT is the management company responsible for the operation & regulation of all Nazareth Houses & Nurseries within the UK & we work closely with the Sisters of Nazareth to ensure the highest quality care for all our residents & children.
