Mentor's bio
I run a boutique growth, data & marketing technology consultancy. At Mammoth Growth, we provide high growth businesses - typically Series B onwards - with growth & data strategy consulting and fractional growth / data / marketing operations teams. I have led projects for 30+ clients, including Deliveroo, Calendly and Unilever. These days I spend the majority of my time on sales & business development, although I still get hands-on with the consulting whenever I can. I was on the leadership team at Thread from Series A onwards. We raised over £30m to develop an AI powered styling and e-commerce experience. Starting as Head of Operations, I ended up focussing on product management and strategic projects. My projects included leading Thread's international launch, developing our private label brands, launching an iOS app and raising a £2m crowdfunding round. Inbetween, I was CEO of a multi-site Jacuzzi retailer where we launched new e-commerce & telephone sales channels - more than doubling revenue in the process. I've always been hands-on in the practicalities of growing a company. Everything from sales & marketing to building teams and managing cash flow.
