Mentor's bio
Scott has been described by clients and peers as a natural business mentor and coach. He attributes this ability for helping others to a career as a change-maker, which has given him over 30 years of rich and varied practical business experiences. These span start-up, scale-up, turnaround, acquisition, transformation and divestment environments; entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, and private, public and third sectors.
He has served as a Consultant and Advisor to Scottish and UK Governments and has supported Government digital programmes as a Business and Commercial Lead.
Most recently he has been part of a Scottish Government team that has invested £80m in Scotland's technology enabled health and care capabilities. This included developing and leading a service innovation incubator focused on supporting the adoption of technology in health and care pathways..
