Mentor's bio
Julie Grieve is the founder of Criton, a guest engagement and integrations platform for the hospitality sector which she sold in 2022. Criton simplified digital transformation in the independent hotel sector. A non tech founder, Julie threw herself into the world of technology and learned a lot. An experienced mentor, she is passionate about helping founders as they start and scale their business. She particularly enjoys Go To Market and People strategies. Prior to setting up Criton Julie set up and was CEO of Lateral City, a luxury serviced apartment operator in Scotland and before that Julie was the MD of Abbey Business Centres, a serviced office company which she turned from loss to profit making and grew to +£22m turnover before selling it to Regus in 2011. Julie is a Director of Women in Tourism and an Ambassador for Women’s Enterprise Scotland and she co-owns a gift shop with her husband.
