Mentor's bio
Ian Marshall is an Edinburgh University business graduate and qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAS), with a wide variety of post-qualifying business experience. After qualifying with KPMG in 1999, Ian worked in M&A advisory in London before taking on a number of commercial, business development and operational roles in industry. Ian is currently looking after a portfolio of tech-focused companies predominantly in Dundee and is also a Mentor on the Scottish Government’s Techscaler initiative. Previous to this, Ian was a Director in AAB’s Business Advisory Group working closely with Tech startups and scale-ups and in a prior role was PwC’s representative at Codebase in Edinburgh.
