Industry knowledge and practical hands on leadership has been gained through a number of different industry sectors including finance, travel, gaming and healthcare technology. Instrumental in the early growth of engineering and product teams in two start-up companies in Edinburgh that subsequently became unicorns. I was also involved in the development of the business strategy in those companies, and led the subsequent planning and delivery of the organisational structure changes and operational working methods.
