Andy is a versatile tech leader with experience as a founder, operator and leader in the world’s fastest growing tech companies. With expertise in value proposition design, product management, business development and strategy, he has a wealth of experience supporting founders launching new products, repositioning existing ones, and transforming established companies. Andy is currently Co-Founder of Zaplex, a data and analytics business focused on helping business customers make smarter energy decisions. Previously, he built and sold Cultivate Software to Deliveroo, where he established and led Deliveroo’s Tech Centre in Scotland. He formed high performing engineering and product leadership teams and experienced their rapid growth, £600m fundraise and IPO. Since then he’s launched products across a range of sectors and been an investor and advisory board member for a number of early-stage companies.His mentoring approach prioritises clear, measurable objectives and brings practical tools to simplify theory and complexity. He helps founders navigate challenges like customer validation, positioning, and product-market fit, while also making space for the personal growth journey of being a founder.
