Amy Wallace is a leadership coach, facilitator, and consultant, specialising in startup and scale-up stage companies based in the US and UK. Previously, she worked at Slack where she built, grew, and led global teams including Slack’s App Directory team, which she managed from its inception in 2015. During her 8 years at Slack, she had first-hand experience managing change through hyper growth as Slack grew from a company of fewer than 50 people through IPO and acquisition by Salesforce.
