Alexander is a UK and US corporate lawyer, who advises businesses on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt finance including early-stage investment by SAFEs, advance subscription agreements (ASAs) and other convertibles. He supports businesses from start-up, through investment and exit. He also regularly advises on share incentive schemes for early stage companies (EMI and unapproved options and growth shares). Alexander has assisted a number of UK clients expand or set up in the US including by "Delaware flip". Alexander is a keen rock climber, musician and traveller.
