A change in routine is difficult for everyone – here’s how to manage working from home for the first time.

Jennifer Whiteside is the co-founder and CEO of Getahead, a not-for-profit organisation that focuses on mental health and preventing burnout.

Getahead runs 24-hour festivals centred around wellbeing and its mission is to reach a billion people in the next 25 years. Here she explains why a change in routine can knock us sideways and offers her advice for managing the stress of working from home for the first time.
