In this video Ben outlines the steps Barclays is taking to try to increase diversity in the startup community. “The way we think about the challenges and opportunities of it are very simple - if you're not representative of the society in which we live, you're not going to be working with the full breadth and range of talent that exists.”
Eagle Labs has launched the Barclays Black Founder Accelerator, a programme specifically designed to champion diversity in innovation and entrepreneurship. It offers 25 Black founder-led pre-seed businesses the opportunity to participate in a 12-week immersive accelerator programme and help them to grow and scale.
