Serial entrepreneur and former professional footballer Achille Traore launched digital tech firm Perks Loyalty in 2015, attracting a number of independent investors.
Perks Loyalty uses app-based technology for retailers to set up and run customer incentive and loyalty schemes. It enables retailers to devise and set up new bespoke programmes in minutes allowing them to ‘push’ promotions and gain insights into their customer base; eliminating the need for traditional loyalty/award cards.
White Label Loyalty is the enterprise version of the platform aimed at medium size to large businesses with a requirement for a branded and fully integrated digital loyalty solution.
Achille Traore has been recognised within retail technology Shift 100 in association with KPMG Small Business Accounting.
Why did you apply for the programme?
We have achieved market fit with our product and currently preparing the business for growth. I applied to the programme to gain mentoring and coaching form growth specialist as well as gearing up the business for rapid growth in order to fulfil our ambition to become a household name in digital loyalty.
What are you looking forward to most during your time at Brighton Eagle Lab?
I’m looking forward to meeting the other selected businesses as we will no doubt be like-minded and ambitious to grow our businesses.
Where do you see yourself and your business in 12 months time?
In 12 months time we should be on route to become a household name in the digital loyalty space, providing enterprise solutions for tier 1 & tier 2 businesses nationwide.
