Oto is Headspace for people with tinnitus. Tinnitus is incurable, intrusive, and miserable. Help is very hard to find. Our app provides high quality psychological therapy, a proven treatment, to 400 million with the condition.
When did you start your business?
March 2021.
What's been your biggest highlight?
Reaching 500 paying customers! We were hugely proud to be able to help over 500 people struggling with tinnitus.
What's been your biggest challenge?
Regulatory approval is notoriously time intensive and quite difficult to navigate so that’s probably our biggest challenge at the moment.

Focus on understanding the problem before building a solution.
