Circular1 Health is a revolutionary testing service company, born out of the COVID-19 crisis, which has responded to critical businesses which must remain operational by necessity and nature, such as the nuclear and defence, among other sectors. These highly regulated sectors have opted for the Circular1 Health approach, due to our commitment to the highest possible levels of accuracy and peace of mind for our clients. We offer travel testing for business and leisure travel at competitive rates and are beginning to deliver a preventative health programme, beginning with testing for respiratory viruses, such as flu, to protect workforces as we enter the autumn and winter months. What's been your biggest highlight?
Hearing client (BAE systems, EDF Energy) thanking us for helping to keep their businesses operating through the pandemic - and a senior member of PHE saying he has never seen anything like our level of service anywhere else.
What's been your biggest challenge?
Maintaining outstanding service levels as we grow and change, implementing the right amount of structure, process and systems, while remaining flexible and fluid.
