If you're a business that is developing a distuptive technology, bringing that technology to market can often be difficult. One solution is to connect with a larger organisation and use them as mentors.

Innovation Catalyst, home of our Reading Eagle Lab, launched a new Mentoring Programme on 17th October. Entrepreneurs from 9 local businesses were matched with 9 senior executives from Microsoft for a six month mentoring programme to help them develop their skills and gain traction for their business solution.

As part of the programme, each business will have regular 1:1 meetings, receive technical input and understand channel sales, all with the aim to open opportunities and help rapidly scale their business.

Our first cohort consists of businesses using technology in a wide range of applications such as Health, HR, Lawtech & Media. Our cohort are:

  • Open Blend Method
  • Solutions4Health
  • The Business Software Centre
  • Enlighton
  • Gauri Ltd
  • Osokey
  • Trackersense
  • Word Exchange
  • WorldCastLive
